At present, in addition to holding the position of Executive Chairman of Guinness International Pvt. Ltd., he runs many other companies. The major companies he is running currently are Guinness Housing & Investment, Mamta Enterprises, Kist Merchant Bank, Guinness Minerals, Infrastructure Development Bank among many others. Mr. Humagain being a successful industrialist bears a prestigious position among the entrepreneurs, and social service organizations like LEO.

Mr. Ameer KC is an MBA (Finance) degree holder from a prestigious University in India called ICFAI. Mr. KC has a decade long successive Professional career in different technology companies, Financial Institutions and Banks like Charles Schwab, Thornburg Mortgage, Inc., Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Mr. KC and his fellow beings founded a software technology company in Nepal in 1998 A.D. He being visionary and one of the Key promoters of the company served and contributed for the company from the position of the Chief Executive Officer. His unique, committed; Dedicated and compassionate nature of doing something in life brought the company at the summit of success. Again in January 1st 2008 AD he founded Orchid Consulting Group LLC, NJ, US. and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Under his ample guidance and leadership, the company made a long way. Consequently, he played a major role to found Guinness International Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal in 2006.

Mr. Ram Krishna Khatiwada, CFA, MBA & CMFA designation holder, began his professional career in 2000 by affiliating with Plan International's project. His further career expanded with affiliation of Syntegral Consulting Corp, Machhapuchre Bank Ltd. His role as Project Consultant at different Ecommerce projects like Travelguru.com, Naukri.com, timesjob.com, satyam online has blazed his professional career in Ecommerce Sector at international arena and encouraged him to start own company Guinness International along with his colleagues. He further brought the revolution in the company with his extensive leadership, perseverance, commitment and vast exposure in the Ecommerce arena. The company founded in 2006 with 5 employees has now grown in all respects in terms of financial, goodwill, and job attraction. Now the total number of employees has reached more than 200. It is due to his consecutive contribution, keen interest to enlist the company on top of Ecommerce companies and his unquestionable dealing attitude. Mr. Khatiwada possesses good analytical skills specializing on project planning, competitive analysis, market analysis, risk management, portfolio management, project phase-in and phase-out strategy management.

[ Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) ]
Mr. B.N. Khanal, MBA, started his professional career in 1990 by joining a commercial school as the key management component. He often performed first man position in almost all institutions in his professional life. Some key institutions he served are Adarsha Shishu Niketan, Siddhartha Shishu Sadan, Tasir English Medium School among many others. He has performed the responsibility of principal in the above institutions. Thus, he has acquired an ample experience in educational systems. He is well familiar with the strengths, threats and challenges of educational institutions. He also served for IVDS, SCG and PCDS with the funding of Plan International in joint Venture. He is well acquainted with joint Venture culture and modality. He has specialized in Feasibility Study, project formulation, execution and monitoring/Evaluation. He presently serves as Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) in Guinness International Pvt. Ltd.

[ Chief Ecommerce Division ]
Mr. Devendra Neupane has passed B.E. degree in software technology from KU. He began his professional career by joining Serving Minds Private Limited as the PHP programmer. Later he joined at Guinness International as Project Manager and currently he has been working at Guinness International Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief of Ecommerce Division. He has specialized on Ecommerce Solution, Project Management, Project Planning & Execution, Java Programming, VSAT installation. Presently, under his leadership, the ecommerce division has been working on Jobs, Social Networking, Education, Yellow Pages, News, Entertainment, Auto and Real-estate sites for different nations.

[ Executive Director (Finance & Mortgage Banking) ]
Mr. Nutan Bajracharya, graduation in management, is the iconic personality in the auditing and banking world of Nepal. In his 20 years of professional career, he has served different national and international organizations and clients like Mc Kinsey, Central Bank of Nepal, Standard Chartered Bank etc. Banking auditing, International Finance, Corporate Auditing, due diligence are his specialized area of services. Due to his national and international exposure Guinness welcomed him as Executive Director since its inception. Under his ample leadership and expertise, the finance and Mortgage Banking department has gained a remarkable success and heading towards a new height.

Ms. Bijaya poudyal, having BBA degree from the prestigious college of Bangalore, India, has been overseeing the Corporate Relation function of Guinness International. The awardee of many national and international business events and programs is a promising business professional at her early age. She bears outstanding performance with her rapport building techniques in such a way that are reflected from receiving different contract for the organization.
